Client Speak

‘I love the design and the structure of the People Manager Recognition process.  A massive change intervention that was rolled out across Siemens India Business Divisions covering 800 People Managers has helped us strengthen our Customer Obsession culture by driving Employee Experience using the concept of UGIFT (Giftwork®).’

S Raghu
Vice President, Learning, Talent & Leadership Development, Siemens Limited, India

‘iNautix has secured employee satisfaction level of 91% in the BNY Mellon employee engagement survey which happened in the last quarter of 2015.  This is the highest score recorded in the internal survey within the BNY Mellon world. Out of the many interventions we do here to sustain high levels of employee engagement, we as an organization believe that Giftwork program continues to play an integral role in infusing a good employee-supervisor relationship which is a pivotal driver for employee engagement at iNautix.’

Raj Narayan

‘Among other programs & interventions that we rolled out in the Employee Engagement space, this intervention has been of great help not only in terms of the outcome (Scores) but also the process of building the conviction of the participants through structured interactions, relevant & powerful conversations and sustained handholding over long period leading to permanent change of approach at the workplace.’
